Bought Two House 

In 1991, Jackson bought a house in Pacific Coast, Malibu at $4.1 million. The house was in 5,658 square feet of land that she sold it after 13 years by doubling the price at $8.5 million in 2004.

The 'Jack Boyz' actress has owned a 2,094 square foot, 34th-floor unit (34A) in the Trump International Hotel that she bought in 1998, for $2.8 million. Later in 2014, she gave the condo in a lease for $35,000 per month.

Then in 2002, she purchased a house through her Puffy Trust worth $520,000 in Ping Drive, Henderson that stands on 4,626 square feet of land.

The 'Miss You Much' singer has sold 100 million records from which she became that world's best-selling music artists of all time. Her album 'Janet' earned $14 million, 'Janet Jackson's Rhythm Nation' collected an estimated wealth of $12 million, then her other albums 'Control', 'Design of a Decade', 'The Velvet Rope' each earned $10 million. 

Likewise, her other albums 'All for You' earned $7 million, 'Damita Jo' earned $3 million, 'Discipline' earned $2 million, and '20 Y.O.' earned $1.2 million.

She also endorsed a fashion line 'Blackglama' for two years being the first celebrity in history chosen to do so. Jackson released fifteen pieces of luxury products while partnering with the line. She has performed a song for the Pepsi ad campaign and has appeared in their commercials. In 2013, she earned $81 million from her sponsor deals.  

Contract With Virgin Records

Jackson signed a whopping deal of $80 million with Virgin Records in 1996, which made her the highest-paid recording artist which surpassed Michael Jackson and Madonna contract of $60 million. At first, her contract with the record was $40 million in 1991, for three albums which later doubled in their next deal.

Divorce Settlement Of $200 million 

In January 2012, Jackson married her third husband Wissam Al Mana, a Qatari business magnate who is worth $1 billion. The former couple had a prenup agreement of $100 million if they stayed married for five years and the price to be doubled if they had a child. 

On 3 January 2017, Jackson gave birth to their son Eissa Al Mana because of which she could get a huge settlement of $200 million. However, her divorce settlement hasn't been revealed yet.

Jackson's second husband, René Elizondo also sued her for divorce settlement which was between 10-25 million. The pair got married in January 1999 and got separated in 2000. After three years of the lawsuit, it didn't reach a settlement for over three years.

Donated $15,000 to Project Angel Food

Janet Jackson has supported fourteen charities and foundations like American Foundation for AIDS Research, Robert F Kennedy Memorial, Lisa Lopes Foundation, Naked Heart Foundation, and others. During a tour, Jackson donated $15,000 to Project Angel Food of the auction money that was gained by 'Divinely Janet', a doll created by Barbie manufactured company.
